***Please note this must be done for each Round. And once an order has been combined, it cannot be undone.***
Highlight the Round you wish to Combine orders for:
Click on Round Menu:
Click on Maintenance:
Click on Combine Orders:
You will then have two options.
You can Move a Days Order or Blank a Days Order.
If you Blank a Days order, this will delete all orders for the selected date. This will not affect the Standing order for other dates. Please be aware once this has been done, it cannot be undone
You will be presented with the following screen:
Please select your date and click Go:
A warning message will pop up to check you are happy with your date you wish to blank; please double the date you have selected:
Once you are happy, please click Yes.
Repeat these steps for each Round.
Move a Days orders:
You will be presented with the following screen:
Please select the date you wish to move first, then the date you wish to move it to. Click on Go:
Please note if you wish to move more than one day’s order, i.e. Christmas Day and Boxing Day to Christmas Eve, we recommend you do one date at a time.
Start by moving the latest date first, move Boxing day to Christmas day, then go back and move Christmas day to Christmas Eve.
A warning message will pop up to check you are happy with your date you wish to move; please double the date you have selected:
Once you are happy, please click Yes.
You well then be presented with Screen, once finished click X in the top right corner:
Repeat these steps for each Round.
Once you have Combined your orders, you can then choose Non-Delivery Days to stop any orders being placed on those dates you have moved.
