What you need to do if you see this message “Only 2 future month end dates have been entered. Use Tools/Invoice Schedule to enter some more” or “Only one future month end date has been entered”
Installations producing Monthly Invoices every four or five weeks need to indicate which week endings are actual month ends. We recommend that this is set up once a year, so this message is reminding you that you only have one or two months left.
Follow this procedure to extend the number of month ends.
