Customising Issues
From the rounds list click on Round Menu, select Stock Control, follow the arrow out to Customise Issues and click.
Clicking on any box allows you to type in an amount. This amount is then added to the Suggest Orders. (On the Issues & Returns screen)
Use the scroll bar along the bottom to view more days. Use the vertical scroll bar to move up and down the product list.
Round To
This function rounds up the suggested orders to units specified by you as loading units.
E.g. If you want to issue full crates of semi-skimmed milk instead of odd bottles, click on the relevant box and enter 20 into the Round To column for semi-skimmed. The number of suggested orders will be rounded up to the nearest full crate. Display Alternate clicks on a box will uncheck and check the box. If the box is ticked the product will be shown in all product listings. If the box is not ticked the product will not be shown on the Product Pick List. (You can do this for all rounds by using the Product Maintenance function in the Depot Menu.)
This feature is useful for streamlining the Product Pick List by temporarily removing products such as seasonal items.
